How AddMobile made the dream of a digital office become reality


For many years, Safeteam has used AddMobile’s Work Order system. The company’s Head of IT, Johan Gustafsson, explains that the biggest difference since switching to AddMobile’s system was immediately doing away with physical work orders. Before, work orders or time reports would often get left in service vehicles or otherwise go missing.

Besides Work Order, Safeteam also uses AddMobile’s Staff Ledger, something Johan sees as an advantage.

– I think having the Staff Ledger in the same system as Work Order is great. It creates a clear overview of the business, says Johan Gustafsson.

For 50 years, Safeteam has offered security solutions for residential buildings, private and public properties. They design, install and maintain everything from locks, entry systems, alarms and security cameras to automatic doors, burglary protection and fire protection. The company has offices and shops in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, but operates throughout Sweden.
