Digital Work Orders improves RM Kranar’s job practices


RM Kranar used to work with manual work orders and time reports in paper calendars. A co-worker with experience using AddMobile’s digital Work Orders at a previous workplace recommended the solution to streamline and structure RM Kranar’s work day. After comparing several suppliers, the choice was made to go with AddMobile.

AddMobile’s system provides RM Kranar with a good overview of the company’s machines, which facilitates the planning of resources. Work orders are sent out to fieldworkers’ mobiles, which are in turn reported back via AddMobile’s app. All information is handled digitally, and all reporting happens in real time, which has had a major positive impact on the company.

– We used to invoice our customers very infrequently, which meant that sometimes our total outlay was very high. Today all the information we need is reported daily and we can now invoice customers the same day an assignment is completed. In this way AddMobile’s solution has contributed to our increased liquidity, says Patrik Mårtensson, CEO and owner of RM Kranar.

Since switching to AddMobile’s digital Work Order system, RM Kranar also saves a lot of time on administrative work.

RM Kranar is a company that carries out most types of crane work, for example housing, construction and precision lifting. With the highest quality equipment, competent co-workers and a major focus on service, they have many happy customers in construction and industry, as well as private individuals. The operation started as a family business in the early 1980s and today completes around 8,500 projects per year.
