Create and plan a work order in a web browser using the AddMobile Toolbox planning module and send it out immediately to the field staff. In the program you can follow the status of all tasks, manage the different installers and get an overview at any time. You get better control over both ongoing and completed projects and save both time and money. Our solution gives field staff the possibility to see full task descriptions and information about the customer. They can continually report time spent and connect this to the project by using our module for time reporting. All reports are done directly on their smartphone.

Integrations

Integration with other systems (for example store systems) is done with an established interface. Transferring data to and from the system is easily done using AddMobile’s API-interface, available in both XML and ASCII formats.

Retrieve customer and part lists directly from the business system and avoid double entry. From the mobile system, they can send in a finished invoice. This makes invoicing much faster. The integration can be anything from simple and standardized to more complex. We have much experience and our API can be used for most types of integration.

  •  Financial and business system (we have complete modules for Visma Administration, Visma Compact and Fortnox, for example).
  • Special programs, for example industry programs.
  •  Wholesalers (electronic packing slips).
  •  Customer programs. For example, you can enter an order automatically in a complaint management system and get a return order status. 
  •  Customer portals. This means that, for example, you can put out information in real time.
  • Electronic packing slips from wholesalers. Our API has connections with several of the country’s leading trade wholesalers, mainly within electricity and HVAC. This means that the packing list on this that the installer sold in the store with the wholesaler is sent out electronically to the hand computer and gets added to the right work order as a material order. In such a way, you can avoid taking the packing list and changing it manually. Change to the right number in the smartphone and invoice faster and correctly.

Simplified Time Reporting

With AddMobile Toolbox you can simplify time reporting and management of work orders. All types of compensation that are used (normal work hours, overtime, absence codes) are entered in the time reporting system.


The tradesman reports all the time spent on each task or project daily, using our time reporting module. All this can be done directly on your smartphone, which allows you to skip writing a separate time report on paper. In addition you can avoid adding up all your hours at the end of a project or task since you do it daily.


All hours are added for both a project and for an employee. The manager can easily confirm them on their computer and use them as a basis to invoice the customer and pay out wages.

Visma Administration

As a Visma Integration partner, we have existing integrations with Visma Administration and Visma Compensation 600.

This is how it works:

  1. An order is created in our web based program, and sent to the field worker and Visma Administration.
  2. Item rows can include both materials and time. The time can be collected based on type of wages and shown line by line.
  3. Customers and part lists are maintained in Visma Administration as usual.
  4. Temporary and new customers are handled in the system.
  5. Fields that are transferred over are, among other things, workplace, the customer reference and reference number, the work description, project number, notation of the order, part rows and time posted.
